Tom,

Wow! thanks for all the improvements! The G84 and G95 are great! You have been busy.

Tom,

   I noticed a couple things in 434i.

On my system g32 single point threading still does not work with m4 spindle rotation.

Also in g95 mode, feed will not occur with m4 spindle rotation.

Both g32 and g95 work fine with m3 spindle rotation.

Hello Tom
Looking forward to creating my own custom screens. So thank You

But I use mostly # variables in my gcode, and wondered if there was an option/ability to view these in real time. Or is there a way to add a series of dros of the variables in use.

A dro box of the computed variable would confirm for me the data calculated. (I now use Single blocking an unused spindle rotary position to show me the value, example; g0b#105)

Would be great also to have loop index dro to see where I am in a macro call.

My desired screen would include a floating window/sidebar that can be minimized or closed, filled with the chosen variables.

I find that most operations are just repetition of whittling away material, (Turning, Facing, Chamfer's, Radius's, Tapers, Threading, Milling, Profiling, Drill Patterns)

So I have some basic routines Roughing/Finishing that I just edit for the operation and save it as the job name for future reference. Then by using "/" block delete I can turn on and off the macro calls.

Thanks again
Mac

Hi Mac,

I tried to create such a screen.  See attached Screens, C Programs, and Video explaining how it works.

Hi Andrew,

Sorry dropped the ball on that one.  I thought that was fixed Years ago but only for Mach3/

Please try this patch for V4.34i

Thank You and Good Job

Are these screens and functions available for all, as I did not find them in the ftp Index of /Software?

Thanks again

Opps, my Bad
Never seen the example files at the bottom of the post
Did not realize the screens were just text files.

Hi Tom,

The changes you made took care of both the G32 and G95 issue with M4. Works great.

   Thanks!
